lumbric (antares) dde0e9ee0a Add missing library in Makefile ...

When using RELOC_WORKAROUND library needs to be linked explicitly, otherwise
eeprom functions are not available.

Thanks to @rfjakob for finding the crucial hint to solve this issue.
